Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Non-Returnable’ at the time of purchase.
- Undergarments, lingerie, swimwear, and personalized/customized items (unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage).
- Items with visible signs of wear, tear, or damage caused by the customer.
Return Process:
- Initiate Return: Log in to your account on our website and go to the “My Orders” section. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions to initiate the return process.
- Pack the Items: Securely pack the item(s) along with all original tags, labels, and packaging.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items received.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and provide you with a return authorization and shipping address.
- Ship the Package: Ship the package back to us using a reliable courier service with tracking capabilities. Retain the tracking information for your records.
- Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them for eligibility. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days using the original payment method. Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. For COD orders you will be issued with credits points for shopping back on our site with some other product.
Exchange Policy:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 8 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our standard return policy.
Note: Please ensure that the return package is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or are received beyond the specified return window.
